Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing Outbound sales team working towards pre-defined targets and drive productivity.
  • Responsible for team Performance,Attrition and shrinkage.
  • Prepare Daily reports.
  • Manage and Handle all the team reports and improve performance on daily basis.
  • Periodically review the performance of the team, constantly motivating executives driving them towards
    incentives
  • Design and develop creative campaigns, sales strategies and supporting materials
  • Provide 360degree feedback to the team, marketing and leadership on market feedback and suggest
    improvements
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Closely track competition and market developments and determine appropriate market outreach
    strategies.
  • Ability to work in a flexible and production oriented environment
  • Must be able to promote and foster a positive work environment
  • Must be able to work in a high stress environment while delivering a high level of customer service
  • Must be willing and able to work as part of a team
