This is a role for an MS Dynamics 365 BC Functional Consultant. We are looking for a functional Specialist/Analyst to help with implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In this role deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV application and business process are essential.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- As a Functional ERP Specialist/Analyst, you are responsible for the set-up & structure of the business processes in a D365 Business Central environment.
- Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
- Be a team player working closely with other members of service delivery, i.e., Managed Services and other Business Central projects.
- Covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and training of end users utilizing primarily Dynamics 365 BC.
- Being a part of the implementation project team, making you co-responsible for analyzing, modeling, and documenting existing and planned technical business processes.
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule, Business & Process Analysis.
- Customization and Develop Microsoft Dynamic 365 BC as per client request.
- Documenting as-is and to-be within accurate and detailed scoping documents.
- Quality Assurance & Documentation.
- Prepare and maintains documents that include systems architecture diagrams, data models, and navigation maps in area of expertise.
- Maintain and customize standard Business Central reports/documents, as well as design and integrate new Business Central reports as necessary to meet business needs.

- 5+ years of experience
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC
- At least 3 years of practical implementation experience of Business Central or NAV
- Implementation or supporting Microsoft NAV or Business Central application
- Experience of providing Pre-Sales Demonstrations
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across of Dynamics 365 BC
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC modules
- Have a passion for supporting our customers in making the best use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Train SMEs/end users on how to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
