We are looking for a thoughtful Pre-Sales Manager. The role will be to co-ordinate Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end proposal response. Manage the entire proposal lifecycle which will include scope finalization, solution review, commercials, proposal authoring and proposal submission.
  • Understand the client’s business / their GTM/ Industry segment & requirement. Responsible for defining the solution for requirement shared by a client. Create well -structured proposals/ RFI responses.
  • Coordinate, work closely with Sales, Technology Solution, Delivery, Finance, Legal and other teams to build an effective ecosystem to deliver best in class deliverables in areas of proposals, RFP/RFI response, etc.
  • Develop, review, and validate pricing models.
  • Understand, articulate, and write solutions as explained by Architects and Practice Heads in the language of global business to deliver a world class proposal with coherent storyline.
  • Build reusable assets and repository management – create collaterals such as proposal templates/pricing models/approaches/case studies/concept notes / Elevator Pitch etc. to cut short the cycle time/effort of building response.
  • New Services/ New Industry/ New Geo penetration.

This role may be right for you if you have…

  • 2 – 5 years of experience in RFP formulation /Bid Management, Proposal Authoring
  • Experience in handling clients in US/European geographies
  • High level understanding of technologies
  • Attention to detail both in writing and the overall quality of the proposal
  • Creative writing ability to convert strategy to a compelling sales pitch
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to support team delivery of quality, compliant proposals

Education:
