We have a role opening for a stellar Magento Sales Manager across the organization to support i95Dev’s growth strategy. The Sales Manager should know how to navigate through the Enterprise Solutions Sales and Services industry, as well as traction with Global Strategic accounts, the marketing business, sales operations, and services business to develop and implement specific strategic plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Organization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Study various verticals; identify potential customers and generate leads.
  • Catalyze the business development, by identifying the prospective clients
  • Develop effective sales plans to ensure revenue delivery and sustainable growth.
  • Gather market information from multiple sources, to analyze competition and consumer/market trends.
  • Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and the competitive landscape.
  • Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and industry trends.
  • Manage day-to-day sales process, coordinate account meetings, and effectively use Solution Consulting (Pre-Sales Engineering) and Sales Support resources.
  • Overall ownership of the opportunities generated and contract negotiation process. This includes responsibility for proposals, contracts and pricing approval for licenses and professional services.
  • Understanding of and execution against expected performance metrics, i.e., customer meetings per week, customer facing time, SOWs per quarter, pipeline quantity, etc.

This role may be right for you if you have…

  • 10+ years’ of sales experience, of which minimum 2 years should have been in selling solutions around ecommerce platforms
  • Hands on B2B sales experience is a plus.
  • An Entrepreneurial driven person with experience in dealing with Ecommerce Software Industry.
  • Should have experience selling into Asia Pacific, including Indian market
  • Should have strong sales acumen, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Should have consistently met and/or exceeded sales targets
  • Proven track record of independently driving sales closures i.e. including prospecting, discovery, solution proposal and closing new business.
  • Must have experience selling, or ability to master and articulate the value of Magento.
  • A rolodex of contacts in the target geography would be a plus.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Timings will be as per Local Business hours with need to stretch as per business requirements

Education:

  • Graduate in any discipline
