Creating an effective solution (ecommerce site or integration solution) takes effort and research; In this stage we work with all the information collected in the discovery stage and conceptualize a plan to fulfill your requirements.

For ecommerce projects we generate wireframes based on the plan and kick start the design process. This is where you will see how your future ecommerce store will look and recommend changes. Design elements include wireframe, responsive design, branding, graphic design, etc.
For Integration projects we conceptualize your integration solution considering all the customizations you require.


Time to bring the designs/ concepts to life. This is where our certified developers start working on the foundation laid in Design stage to give you the solution you desired. This stage can further be broken into two components Default Implementation (ecommerce and connector) and Customizations.

Throughout the project, and more in this phase, we update you with the current status of the project to ensure clear communication and gather feedback. In our experience most successful projects have one person from client side who is responsible for reviewing the updates and communicating the same to all the stakeholders.

During this stage (or any other stage) if the client wishes to modify the requirements or add new functionality then a Process Change Request (PCR) form will be raised and will have to be signed by the client. The changes in the schedule because of this PCR will be notified to the client before the PCR is signed.

QA & Launch

Majority of testing is carried out during development to ensure that we deliver you a perfect solution; but all of this happens in our development server. To ensure the same experience on your servers we use this phase to deploy the solution (ecommerce store and integration) on your development server, perform through testing and fix errors if any.

Post this, the same build is then deployed on your production server and the cycle continues (deploy, test and fix).

After we complete the deployment on either servers (development or production) we ask our customers to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This is to ensure that our customers can test the solution and are happy the product. Concerns, if any, are then addressed to client’s satisfaction.
