Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies will be required to achieve financial targets.
- Own and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the Global Market.
- Monitor and Report on key sales metrics.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships including at the C-level
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks
- Monitor and Improve various touch points across the sales buyer’s journey that may impact the Sales Conversion
- Stay abreast with the industry trends and network extensively to provide inputs into the strategy and product development teams.
- Analyze pipeline and provide key business insightsrelating to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast, Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss Ratios etc.
- Adept at creating Pre-Sales pitches, Contracts & SOW
This role may be right for you if you have…
- Minimum 13years of sales experience in the International Market (US exposure is a must) and a total of 18years of IT sales experience, specifically in ecommerce domain is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Business acumen with problem-solving attitude
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products, and the market.
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods as well as employee motivation techniques.
- Consistently meet and exceed quota
- Willing to travel extensively.
Would be nice if you have….
- Understanding in development of corporate processes and infrastructure including CRM, forecast/commit, pipeline management.
- Well versed with eCommerce Sales
- Experience in planning, organizing and conducting strategic on-site sales across US.

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is a must. Master’s degree from an Tier 1 institute is highly preferred
