- Poor Dealer Shopping Experience: Contractor Nation was looking for ways to streamline and enhance the B2B shopping experience without adding to the operational overheads.

- While the solution involved multiple components, automating Adobe Commerce – Dynamics ERP integration was at the heart of it.

- Order Fulfillment: The order fulfilment was also automated and streamlined by incorporating the following features
- Contractor Nation leveraged SalesPad to implement a custom order fulfillment workflow where they processed orders in batches, handled backorders, and more. The integration helped automate information sync from Magento eCommerce store to ERP/ SalesPad seamlessly.
- Sync orders to different companies based on order origin.
