Poor Dealer Shopping Experience: Contractor Nation was looking for ways to streamline and enhance the B2B shopping experience without adding to the operational overheads.
Operational Inefficiencies: Manual creation of orders and information sync between eCommerce and ERP systems was time consuming and error prone, leading to a lot of operational inefficiencies.
Broken Shopping Experience: Despite adopting an eCommerce store, the shopping experience seemed disconnected and broken. Custom business workflows and multi-company structure further complicated things for Contractor Nation.

Solution

While the solution involved multiple components, automating Adobe Commerce – Dynamics ERP integration was at the heart of it.
Product & Inventory Management: We streamlined product and inventory management by automating eCommerce – ERP integration. With integration and by incorporating other business requirements we were able to
- personalize product visibility and pricing for logged in customers across multiple websites,
- streamline information sync between eCommerce, ERP, and SalesPad.
Customer Management: i95Dev worked with Contractor Nation to manage dealers online effectively by
- incorporating customer approval process to sync approved customers from ERP to eCommerce store while onboarding existing customers seamlessly (even for customers with missing email and other relevant information),
- managing customer data and workflow across multiple companies,
Order Fulfillment: The order fulfilment was also automated and streamlined by incorporating the following features
- Contractor Nation leveraged SalesPad to implement a custom order fulfillment workflow where they processed orders in batches, handled backorders, and more. The integration helped automate information sync from Magento eCommerce store to ERP/ SalesPad seamlessly.
- Sync orders to different companies based on order origin.
- Incorporating business specific requirements for shipping, payments, and more.
