WAI Global is a prominent aftermarket parts provider, serving the automotive, heavy-duty, and power sports sectors worldwide. With multiple websites catering to diverse regions and languages, WAI Global is known for its expansive reach and streamlined operations that support its global customer base.

1. WAI Global aimed to expand globally by leveraging multiple systems and channels effectively and efficiently.
   • Challenges – Support multiple languages and currencies on eCommerce stores, leverage inventory spread across multiple warehouses, ERP integration, etc.
2. They wanted to do this while creating a memorable and personalized shopping experience across channels for their B2B customers.
   • Challenges – Drive customer experience with B2B features like company accounts, personalized pricing, ERP integration, etc.

Based on the client’s requirement and their current challenges, i95Dev worked with WAI Global to implement the following solution:
We optimized their existing processes, creating an efficient and integrated ecosystem to support current and future growth.

• B2B Features: WAI Global’s eCommerce store was also extended with features like company accounts, customer-specific pricing, bulk orders, a B2B customer portal, and more. eCommerce-ERP integration was vital in enabling this.
• Multi-Language and Multi-Currency Support: To facilitate global expansion, we extended WAI Global’s eCommerce store to support multi-currency and multi-lingual functionality based on the customer’s location.
• Headless Commerce through PWA: We are working with WAI Global to drive headless commerce by implementing a PWA store for their existing eCommerce setup.
• Search and Product Recommendations: To enhance product discovery and customer shopping experience, i95Dev worked with WAI Global to enhance the product search and product recommendation functionality. We replaced their existing SQL Search with Elastic Search and introduced Live Search, Product Recommendations, and more.
