Automate order-to-cash process for B2B and B2C customers

Pricing and Trade Agreements: Sync trade agreement pricing defined in the ERP system to the eCommerce store, enabling Air Global to offer personalized prices to customers. This helped Air Global to identify & address pricing discrepancies immediately, update the product prices and discounts seamlessly across channels, and improve customer experience.
Streamline Order Fulfillment: Automate order routing from multiple eCommerce stores to respective ERP companies minimizing errors and order delays. The eCommerce and integration were also enhanced to prevent order duplicates, support partial fulfillment and returns, enable order editing, and more.
Automate Payment Journal: Automate invoice sync and payment journal creation in ERP to enable Air Global to automate payment capture and streamline bank reconciliation.
