Established in 1989, Earthcore Industries, LLC is a Jacksonville-based manufacturer and distributor of Isokern Fireplaces & Chimney systems across North America. Earthcore Industries is a leader in the industry with 10 showrooms, 3 distribution offices, and over 500 dealer partners nationwide.



Earthcore Industries kickstarted its digital transformation journey in 2019 by upgrading its ERP system. After initial challenges, Earthcore Industries stabilized its ERP system and kickstarted the second phase of the digital transformation – replacing its WordPress site with a modern and scalable self-service dealer portal.

Because of their past experience, Earthcore Industries’ team was cautious and evaluated several vendors before selecting i95Dev to build an ERP-integrated eCommerce solution.

Modern B2B eCommerce Store

i95Dev collaborated with Earthcore Industries to build a modern B2B eCommerce store powered by Adobe Commerce – Open Source. While the Open Source does not support B2B features by default, the eCommerce store was extended to include B2B functionality like Customer Accounts, SalesPerson, Sales Quotes, Credit Limits, Net Terms, and Bill Pay.

Seamless ERP Integration

We integrated the eCommerce store with Earthcore Industries’ Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system to build an efficient commerce ecosystem. The best part, the integration extended beyond the default features like orders, products, inventory, and more. It also supported advanced features like customer accounts, tier prices, salesperson data, sales quotes, credit limits, bill payments, and more.

In addition, several other enhancements were implemented to help Earthcore Industries drive business growth while running an efficient operation. It included integrating the eCommerce store with the Mercury Gate Shipping method and Heartland Payment method.
