This is a role for an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive, who can help our organization remain competitive and grow by initiation of consumer interest. If you are Tech Savvy, possess excellent communication and

Job Description


  • Generating leads from international market through email and cold calling.
  • Should have sound knowledge of finding emails
  • Identify potential clients, exploring the international market.
  • Maintain a high call volume of 100+ calls per day, 500 per week with documented conversations.
  • Should be able to create campaign based on the Business rules provided.
  • Building connection on LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Source new sales opportunities through cold calling and setup an appointment with the client for the Business development team
  • Collect information through secondary research or via call.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of email marketing programs or processes from in-depth knowledge of campaign
    management and email execution tools.
  • Extensive Outbound calling with USA IT products & services industry
  • Generate leads and setup an appointment as per the requirement.
  • Maintain data for all campaigns.
  • Achieve the targets on time.
  • Ensure to abide by the rules and policies of the organization.

This role may be right for you if you have…

  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in B2B lead generation
  • Worked for International Markets (US/ UK/ Australia)
  • Ability to source new leads through outbound cold calls and Emails.
  • Proven track record to meet and exceed targets.
  • Confidence to pitch the company’s products with Clear USP to clearly stand against competitors.
  • Drive for continuous follow-ups with the targets until the lead is generated.
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be comfortable with US Shifts.
