Shopify + Oracle NetSuite

Shopify NetSuite Integration, Fully Integrated & Managed.

NetSuite holds your pricing, your inventory and your financial truth. Shopify is where customers actually buy. We own the layer between them — built against your NetSuite configuration, maintained through every release on both sides. This NetSuite-Shopify integration is built to hold at your order volume, not just in a demo.

The scaling question

Shopify keeps up with your customers. The question is whether NetSuite keeps up with Shopify.

The Enterprise Question Bc

Built for teams running Shopify on NetSuite at real order volume.

Shopify + NetSuite

Your team has quietly become the integration.

Every workaround that keeps orders moving is a process someone now owns forever. That cost doesn’t show up on an invoice, which is exactly why it keeps growing.

Pricing changes in NetSuite, and someone updates Shopify by hand before a wholesale customer checks out at the old number.
A wholesale order stalls because payment terms didn’t come across with it.
The warehouse and the storefront are working from two different inventory counts, and nobody’s sure which one is right.
Month-end arrives and finance reconciles Shopify against NetSuite line by line.

An integration you have to check by hand hasn’t saved anyone work. It’s moved the work downstream.

NetSuite pricing reaches Shopify checkout on its own. Sales never touches it.
Wholesale orders arrive with the right terms attached, ready to fulfil.
Every warehouse and every channel reads one number.
Your team ships orders. Reconciliation stops being a monthly event.

Want the number before the conversation? Calculate what manual reconciliation is costing you →

An integration almost never fails on day one. It fails on the platform update nobody told you was coming.

Why this distinction matters

You don’t need another NetSuite Shopify connector. You need someone who’s still there after it ships.

What gets synced

This is everything a real Shopify integration with NetSuite has to move, in both directions.

None of that is a NetSuite problem. It’s a connector problem. The benefits of Shopify NetSuite integration only show up if every item below actually runs, not just the easy ones — and every item here runs in production today.

Order & Cancellations

Order creation with line items, billing and shipping addresses, payment and shipping method, cost
Guest orders, with duplicate-check against existing NetSuite customers
Cancelled orders — order ID and cancelled status

Shipping & Invoicing

Fulfilment tracking updates and shipping numbers
Split shipments — partial fulfilment status
Split invoices — partial payment status
Payments at order level, and cash receipts

Inventory Across Every Warehouse

Inventory quantity, NetSuite to Shopify
Multi-warehouse inventory and location-level accuracy

Pricing

Price updates, NetSuite to Shopify
Promotions, discounts and pricing rules

Products & Catalog

Simple and configurable product creation and updates

Customers & Accounts

Customer address creation and updates
Returns and RMA management
For wholesale and B2B operations

Most connectors cover orders and inventory. Wholesale needs more than that.

Every wholesale account prices differently, pays on different terms and orders in ways a retail checkout was never designed for. That logic already exists in NetSuite. The job is getting it to checkout without anyone retyping it. Evaluating your NetSuite Shopify B2B integration options? This is what that actually has to cover.

Pricing

Shopify Plus NetSuite integration, built for account-level pricing.

Every wholesale account carries its own pricing in NetSuite. Those tiers sync directly to Shopify checkout, so the price a buyer sees is the price you agreed — without anyone intervening. It’s the same logic that makes NetSuite Shopify Plus B2B checkouts work at all.

Terms

Payment terms travel with the order.

Net-30, net-60 and tax exemption certificates flow through at account level, so finance isn’t correcting terms after the fact on every wholesale order.

Kits & bundles

Kits fulfil at component level, the way NetSuite tracks them.

Shopify treats a bundle as one line. NetSuite needs its components. Kit assembly logic, component-level inventory and bundle pricing sync correctly between the two.

Accounts

One account, many buyers, all accurate.

B2B buying involves several contacts under one company. Company hierarchies, contact roles and customer groups stay correct across both systems.

Channels

Wholesale and DTC from a single store.

Run both from one Shopify store with separate pricing, catalog and order logic per segment — instead of maintaining two storefronts and reconciling between them.

Multi-store

Several storefronts, one NetSuite.

Channel-specific logic per store, unified financials behind them. Adding a storefront doesn’t mean adding a reconciliation process.

See what this looks like against your actual NetSuite and Shopify setup.

B2C setups go live in about a week. B2B setups — tiered pricing, kits, multi-warehouse — are scoped first, typically two to four weeks.
After go-live

We don’t clock out at go-live. We watch this integration for as long as you run it.

Your NetSuite administrator and your Ecommerce Head will both have questions here. What follows is written for them.

Every NetSuite and Shopify integration point, monitored

Orders, inventory, pricing and customer records are checked continuously on both sides. When something starts to slip, we find it before a buyer or your finance team does.

Self-healing sync

Failed records are isolated and retried automatically, without halting the queue behind them. Alerts fire immediately rather than surfacing at month-end.

Conflict resolution you define once

When both systems change the same record, configurable precedence rules decide the outcome. You set them at setup; we enforce them on every sync.

Both release cycles, tracked as one job

NetSuite’s twice-yearly releases and Shopify’s quarterly API versions are validated against your integration before they reach your live environment.

A Shopify agency rarely maps NetSuite’s data model. A NetSuite consultant rarely touches Shopify’s storefront APIs. We’ve spent twenty years living at exactly this kind of seam — ERP on one side, commerce on the other.

Why not have our ERP team build it?

In-house, this becomes somebody’s second full-time job.

It’s a fair question, and most of the time the honest answer isn’t “you can’t” — it’s “you shouldn’t have to.” Whoever owns NetSuite in-house already has a full-time job, and most NetSuite consultants hired for Shopify integrations are scoped for the build, not the years after it. So does whoever runs Shopify. The integration becomes something both of them maintain in whatever time is left over, until a release breaks it and neither one is watching closely enough to catch it early.

Built in-house, in spare time

The original The first version.

What we own instead

The integration itself.

What stops being a side project

Noticing when something breaks.

We configure against what’s already live, so nobody rebuilds anything to prove a point. Your NetSuite admin and your ecommerce team stay focused on NetSuite and Shopify. We take the integration, and everything that comes after it.

Already running something?

Does switching integrations put your live orders at risk? No.

Most setups we’re brought in on were built during a platform project, by a team who knew one side of it well. They worked on launch day. They don’t hold at the order volume you’re running now, or against the API versions live today — and you already know that, or you wouldn’t be reading this section.
Here’s how we make sure of it: the replacement runs in parallel against what you have today, and is validated against your real orders and pricing before anything is switched off. Nothing goes live until it’s already proven itself.

Nothing changes for your team until it’s proven — about a week to confirm for B2C, two to four weeks for full B2B.

Audit

We map what your setup covers today, what it quietly skips, and where it is most likely to break.

Discovery

Workflows, record types and business rules written down and agreed before anyone configures anything.

Configure

We build in a development environment. Whatever you run today keeps handling live orders, untouched.

Validate

Run against your actual NetSuite records and real pricing, until your team agrees each workflow does what was specified.

Switchover

A single cutover on a date you pick. The old integration stops, ours takes over.

go-live

Live data, final checks, and the same engineers who built it staying on to watch it run.

A different question we hear

“Should we just move commerce into NetSuite’s native storefront instead?”
