What a good wholesale buying experience does

Grows revenue

Makes ordering easy

Brings buyers back

Where is your wholesale channel today?

Start with a short checklist. It shows which decisions and gaps matter most before you change anything.

Launching or expanding wholesale?

Find out what you need to decide before launching digital wholesale, from retailer approval and business pricing to minimum orders, payment terms and repeat purchasing.

Already selling wholesale?

Find out how easy it is for your customers to discover products, access their account, place orders and reorder without unnecessary sales or email interactions.

DTC BRANDS ENTERING WHOLESALE

Serve retailers without building another manual sales process

Your DTC store was built for one shopper buying one item at retail price. Retailers buy differently. Build a wholesale experience that handles retailer onboarding, business pricing and repeat orders, so new accounts don’t turn into email threads and spreadsheets.

Retailer approval

Decide who can buy wholesale, what you check and how quickly a new retailer gets access

Business catalogs

Show approved retailers the products, case packs and assortments meant for them, not your full DTC range.

Wholesale pricing

Keep wholesale prices visible only to signed-in buyers, with tiers or account pricing where you need them.

Minimums and quantities

Set order minimums and case-pack quantities so carts arrive ready to fulfill.

Payment terms

Let approved accounts check out on terms such as net 30, within the credit limits finance sets.

The next order

Plan how a retailer reorders a best-seller in minutes, without waiting for a sales rep.

A Buying Situation

A boutique retailer wants your new collection in three colors and four sizes, in case packs of six.

On a DTC store, that is twelve product pages and twelve cart edits, at retail prices, with no terms. In a wholesale experience, the buyer signs in, sees their price, fills a size-and-color grid in one view, meets the minimum and checks out on net 30.

For the retailer

Orders when it suits them, with the right price and terms.

For your business

New accounts start ordering without adding sales headcount or manual order entry.

ESTABLISHED WHOLESALE BUSINESSES

Get more of your customers ordering online

You have a portal, but many orders still arrive by email, phone or PDF. Business buyers switch to self-service when it is faster than calling their rep. That means easy product discovery, accurate account information and reorders in a few clicks.

Product discovery

Account access

Accurate pricing and availability

Order history

Quick reordering

Customer adoption

A Buying Situation

A contractor’s purchasing manager needs last month’s order again, with two quantities changed.

Today they email the rep, who re-keys it and confirms pricing the next day. With a good portal, they open order history, click reorder, adjust two lines, see their contract price and stock by warehouse, and submit in under five minutes.

For the buyer

No waiting for a reply to place a routine order.

For your sales team

Less order entry, more time for new accounts and larger deals.

WHERE INTEGRATION FITS

Buyers only trust what they see if it matches your ERP

The wholesale experience is only as good as the data behind it. i95Dev connects your eCommerce platform to your ERP so the details buyers depend on stay accurate.
We recommend a platform only after looking at your requirements: your catalog, pricing rules, buyer workflows and ERP. Depending on those, the right fit may be Adobe Commerce, Shopify or BigCommerce, or improving the platform you already have.

Fewer back-orders and fewer “is this in stock?” calls.

CUSTOMER STORY

Bombora Supplies:
trade buyers now see the same price and stock online that the ERP holds

The Problem

Bombora supplies barista tools, brewing equipment and café essentials to cafés, roasters and distributors across Australasia, Asia and North America. Its online store ran separately from Microsoft Dynamics NAV. As a result, trade pricing, contract discounts and stock across its Australian and North American warehouses didn’t always match what buyers saw online.

The Change

i95Dev connected Adobe Commerce to Dynamics NAV so the ERP drives the B2B portal:

The Outcome

Trade customers consistently get their correct contract price. Overselling risk is down, and the team does less manual reconciliation between the store and the ERP.
