The 2FA is enabled by default on admin accounts and cannot be disabled. You get an option to secure the Magento.com account from non-permitted users that might use the account for wrong purposes, while multi-factor authentication (MFA) is provided for Magento Commerce Cloud for SSH access.
Template filter strict mode is enabled by default, while Data rendering for UI data providers is disabled for better security and protection from malicious users.
