Business Challenges & Objectives
To maintain their high standards, ALPCO invested in upgrading their infrastructure and partnered with i95Dev to integrate their feature-rich B2B eCommerce store (Magento) with their Dynamics GP system. The goal was to efficiently manage B2B operations across both eCommerce and ERP platforms.
i95Dev streamlined ALPCO’s business processes by integrating Magento with Dynamics GP and implementing key customizations. One major requirement was supporting multiple users per company—a common B2B need. Since Magento does not support this natively, we introduced child (sub) logins mapped to a single customer account. This allows multiple users from the same organization to log in and place orders, which are then synced with Dynamics GP.
Customizations & Business Impact
Additional customizations included capturing end-user details, order comments, supporting split orders, partial fulfillment and invoicing, price levels, tier pricing sync, and product synchronization between Magento and Dynamics GP.
A key advantage for ALPCO was the seamless integration with SalesPad and existing workflows. They can now manage operations across Dynamics GP, SalesPad, and Magento efficiently. Payments for Magento orders are also authorized directly through SalesPad.
